Pollen Education is run by Pollen Education Private Limited, a company registered in India. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information of students, parents, guardians and visitors.

Who We Are
Pollen Education Private Limited, registered in India, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any question about this policy or your data, email admissions@polleneducation.com and we will reply.
Information We Collect
When you book a free demo we collect the child's name, the parent or guardian's name, email address, mobile number with country code, preferred course, time zone and preferred class time. When a school asks about a partnership we collect the school's name, board, city, state and number of students, and the contact person's name, email and phone number. When a student enrolls we also keep their account details, class schedule, attendance, learning progress, assignments and assessments. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records which pages are visited, without your name or contact details.
How We Use Information
Personal information is used to provide classes, schedule demos, reply to school partnership requests, manage accounts, process registrations, support students, issue certificates, improve learning quality, maintain security, prevent fraud, and send service-related communications.
Children's Privacy
Our students are children, so we collect their details only from a parent or guardian, who confirms this when booking a demo. Parents and guardians can ask to see, correct or delete their child's information, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to admissions@polleneducation.com.
Service Providers
We use a small number of providers to run our service, and they process data only on our behalf: Vercel hosts our website and servers, Neon hosts our database, our payment provider processes course payments through secure payment links (we never see or store your card details), our database and Google Sheets store demo bookings and school partnership requests, Google Firebase handles sign-in for student and staff accounts, and Google Analytics measures visits only if you accept analytics cookies. Pollen Education does not sell the personal information of students or parents.
Keeping and Deleting Your Data
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide classes and meet our legal obligations. To see, correct or delete your information or your child's, write to admissions@polleneducation.com and we will act on your request.
